Ruined my pants and said "I never make a mistake, you made the mistake." I took brand new jeans here they completely ruined. I took the exact shoes in with me when I tried on, and they turned out 2 inches too short. She was completely rude and said "everything she does is perfect" without any responsibility and refused to refund me. My new pants are ruined and I'm out a large amount of cash from tailoring that was not what I asked for.

I had two sports coats that needed the sleeves shortened and to be let out a bit. The coats were too tight l but I loved the colors so took my chances. To my surprise they both came put perfect and I'm very grateful, they do men's clothes very well. Prices are a little higher than an expensive dry cleaner but if you want a perfect fit; I highly recommend Senel.

This is by far the best place I've found for tailoring in the neighborhood. She is very skilled and attentive to detail. I trusted her with my wedding dress (complicated tailoring at the bodice with lots of beading and lace) and she did an AMAZING job. Plus, shop is a pleasure to visit and prices are more than fair. I recommend to any friend looking for recommendations!

Senel has come highly recommended. I thought she was a secret until i walked into the tiny shop covered in gowns. I went for a simple hem on my knee length wedding dress. Well, before i could open my mouth, Senel was pulling and tucking and pinning away. i panicked a bit worrying the dress would be too tight since i had no intention of taking it in. she assured me that this is how my dress is supposed to fit.

the alterations were $95 and done in one week. The dress is awesome and i love it more than i did before. which i didn't think could be possible. Senel knows best

Nefise Senel was introduced to me by a friend of mine. I feel extremely lucky to find her. Thanks to her, I now have a whole wardrobe of favorite clothes that I haven't worn for years. The quality of work is just remarkable and at the right price.

Above all she is a purely honest business owner. She is upfront with the necessary work needed based on your expectations. Hence, she won't make you spend more than what what you should.

Although she does mostly work for females, I've had her tailor all my business suits to slim fit style.

As for her personality, she is a lovely lady, who is giving her best no matter who you are. If you're not happy, she is not happy. She will do revisions until you feel 100%. Don't be surprised to run into local celebs at her boutique tailor shop.

I have absolutely no reservations to recommend her.

I trust this woman with all my designer clothes. In the rare case of dissatisfaction she will address the issue. She has also mended holes in jeans to perfection. She is expensive but worth it.

I came here to alter my suit for a wedding. I only needed tailoring for my suit pants. Ms. Senel was very courteous and soft spoken, but knew what she was doing. It is a definitely small establishment, but they definitely get their work done. I am very happy with the result and would come back.

We periodically have our company's drapery and other fabrics sent here for alterations and repairs. Always courteous, always a first-class job and reasonable pricing.
