    This is a building on the main campus of the University College London.  Take a look at this picture:

    flickr.com/photos/castro…

    During World War II it housed the British Ministry of Information, and the story is that it inspired his "Ministry of Truth" in 1984.

    The buildling is quite accesible from the tube- located just off Oxford Ave shopping area, and def. worth a picture or two.
