We stopped by on a road trip just by chance. The food and the view from the restaurant was so amazing that I can't wait for the return trip so we can eat there again.
I had the bison poutine and cacio e Pepe, which were ridiculously delicious. The poutine was a perfect savoury treat of texture, with the crispy kale and fries against the rich cheese.
All in all, solid food done with care and excellence, at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a restful or romantic casual meal, you can't do better.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Donna Campo M.Pawleys Island, United States2112321 Jun 2023
We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful overlooking the river. Our meal was delicious and our server Zach was friendly and good at what he does.

RESTAURANT ONLY. I had a fabulous meal prepared by Gary M. scrumptious portobello mushroom, sautéed and grilled with a pesto (one of the best ever) mixture and grilled vegetables, coconut shrimp and lava cake with ice cream.
Gary even came out to inquire about the meal. I felt so special. Kelsey, server, was so friendly and attentive from the moment I came in till my departure. both made me feel so comfortable and attended to. and the view, on the banks of the Snake River. wow!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Blue S.Sammamish, United States01324 May 2023
You MUST. EAT. HERE.
New restaurant owners! New chef! He's OUTSTANDING!
Made-to-order dishes, handmade (yes, you read that right) pasta. IN.CREDIBLE.
They've only been operating for three weeks, and they're going _strong_!
Go spend money on these fine folk so that they STAY!
We're going back to eat there Friday night because it's SO WORTH IT. Wow!
**('cause then we're headed to Grand Tetons National Park the following day)
I relish that they're not defaulting to QR codes for menus: it's essential, for sit-down dining, to have personable interactions with staff. The absence of QR codes is so, SO very welcome.
They _do_ serve until 10pm, despite what the Yelp data indicated when I wrote this review. Apparently they're opening for lunch starting Saturday, so they'll be serving Noon - 10pm.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Hettie D.Sugar Land, United States17613 Jun 2023
We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. The bison burger was fantastic and the view as we ate dinner was gorgeous.

Angler's has a stunning location right along the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. The interior is also lovely. We have been here twice since the new opening in summer 2023. However, the prices for food and drink are way too high for the quality. My husband's $17 Old Fashioned was watered down and way too sweet. The greens on the side dinner salad were wilted and the garnish was three carrot shavings laid across. While the chicken fried chicken was tasty, the plate skimped on the gravy and vegetables and was costly at $28 for the entree. Also, while Angler's seems to want to provide a luxury restaurant experience, the service was not so. The waiter's interaction with the table was perfunctory and no excitement was generated about the menu or drink selection. We were so hoping that this restaurant would successfully provide a deluxe dining experience in Island Park. Sadly, the restaurant is charging 5 star prices for diner quality.

My husband and I along with my cousin and her husband stayed here for two days. An amazing two days. Cory was so pleasant and helpful. I believe her name was Beth that took our reservation and was such a delight.
We stayed in the room Gordon Ramsey was in and it was a clean, nice large room with two Queen sized beds. We lived everything about this place. The views are breathtaking and the hospitality genuine and sweet.
Highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous time. Pat was kind enough to take a photo with us. Great guy. Thank you for everything!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Brandon H.Ogden, United States8787 Sept 2021
The place was in poor repair and poorly kept. The hot tub was non operational, the room was starting to show its wear.
We went into the lodge and noticed that the pool table wasn't like it was in the photos, cobwebs lined the railings and windows.
I think if you sell a place on neat things, hot tub, pool table, etc.. charge a high price for that, then the business should deliver. Hot tub broke for over a month, there's no excuse for that! We will never stay here againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brandy S.San Jose, United States10522133 Aug 2022
The Rainbow Trout was amazing! Everyone was kind and responsive! The penne pasta with chicken was also very good!

Absolutely loved this place! They were so friendly and accommodating. The room was cleverly decorated and comfortable. Our dogs loved sitting by us while we enjoyed our time on the river. The food was delicious. They don't offer breakfast so plan accordingly.
