I appreciate truth in advertising. Nearly every picture of Raman has pork. When I wait over 40 min to eat ramen, told when I sit down that they are out of pork for the ramen, then I am forced to give a negative review. When they substitute tofu for pork, then it seems that a discount is warranted.
They could have easily posted I note on the signup sheet stating they were out of pork, or told everyone waiting outside the same information.
Ray and his team have always gone above and beyond. They do great job of diagnosing issues and provide you with the most appropriate options / course of actions. They understand the economics of maintaining a car affordably.

No, actually,I do not need to give you my phone number and email to be able to test drive a car. And when I politely decline to give you that information your salesman should NOT tell me that it is required. It is not. You have a copy of my drivers license so let's do a test drive. NO, you say, not without your phone number and email. Go. Pound. Sand.

We have met with the individual that gave you the incorrect information and made it clear that we do not need a phone number or email to test drive the vehicle. Great service with knowledgeable bike technicians. They will tell you what they can and can't service. I really appreciate that.
HIRE MORE CASHIERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sick of doing 30 min of shopping, only to wait in line for another 30 minutes because this store has not adjusted to hiring more cashiers. I have now walked out of the store the last two times as the lines were over 20 people long. two cashiers eat 9 pm at night?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Dear Manager Zena, Do your job and get more resources. How much food gets wasted when shoppers abandon their carts since they refuse to wait in your ridiculously long lines?
