Fantastic summer, standing outside or sitting on the grass, style pub. Tons of room, no draconian barriers, lovely views of the Thames, Pimms on tap...need I say more.
Used to be a fantastic, simple country pub - ploughmans lunches, ale etc.
Now it is some kind of weird hybrid between a restaurant, a chippy and a pub. The Cesar Salad is perhaps one of the worst I have had...perhaps the Fish & Chips are better?

Good authentic French bistro food, very rich. Not a great deal on the menu if you are looking for a light lunch on a hot day though, but perfect for a warming meal on a chilly London eve.

Le Quecumbar

Neighbourhood: Battersea
Rich french cuisine, excellent service and live gypsy jazz in a very local and cozy setting.
Fantastic night out, great slightly retro music, very talented cocktail preparation...the girl behind the bar even remembered my order - unheard of in most busy, late night bars.

Asadal Korean Restaurant

Superb Korean barbecue, excellent service (very accommodating for a Korean barbecue newbie, such as myself).
Don't be put off by the odd sounding dishes on the menu. I am a relatively picky eater and enjoyed every dish ordered, and having it barbecued on your table is the icing on the cake - or the egg on your noodle in this case.

Might be nice during the day, but certainly not a Saturday night.

A lovely local Italian restaurant (and take-away) situated in a bright and airy conservatory.
Great authentic Italian pastas & pizzas.

Went here for lunch, nice quiet lunchtime atmosphere, friendly staff and good food.
Certainly one of the better restaurants in the village.
