The beer and service here are great, but they use too much sugar. Our cousin ordered the mac & cheese and it was full of sugar. The banana pudding was so sweet we couldn't eat it. C'mon New Realm--this is really unhealthy! A nice brewpub though.
The music was way too loud, but the service and pizza was good.
This is a fantastic old independent hardware store. We were passing through en route to the coast and stopping at Corbitt's Harware made our day. We bought some locally made (Willacoochee) maple syrup for gifts and a few other interesting items. They had a nice selection of tools, in addition to oars and knives. The customer service was great. I hadn't seen a hardware store like this in years.
We had brunch here the day after Christmas. It was really nice and it wasn't too loud. They had Stevia, but didn't have sugar free syrup, so I changed what I ordered, but was glad that I did.
I judge a restaurant based on four components: noise level, service, food quality and price. Murphy's was above average in each category, especially service. Our waiter's name was Todd and he was just wonderful. He was pleasant and conscientious, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. He had good timing, meaning he stopped by the table just often enough to provide excellent service.
We hadn't been to Murphy's for a long time, because it had gotten so busy, but I think we'll be coming more often now.
I had lunch there. I started with a caesar salad and had a pizza for my main. At $7, the caesar salad was a bit pricey, but it was good. The pizza was great. Service was excellent. I will be returning to this restaurant.
