I was recently taken here on our usual Tuesday date night. I had never been here before, but had heard great things! My partner knows I'm a massive fan of the prohibition era (Mainly because of Boardwalk Empire!) Definitely this crowd knows how to make cocktails. Although no set menu, they'll ask you what flavors you like and make it accordingly. My concern was "what if I don't like it?" ... well guess what! You can ask for it to be replaced if you don't like it. My favorite part of this place was the fact it was underground with minimal advertising or signage. Definitely a place you must go in Auckland!

Probably my new favourite restaurant in Auckland. Food was to die for and well presented. The waiters were friendly and efficient. Cocktails were amazing and the selection is great and at $18 is not badly priced. Really good layout and nice overall dining experience.

I have been to this place before when it was under different management and it was pretty generic. But it's been a few years so we decided to head back for brunch this morning. This place is amazing. We got a good spot under an umbrella and we were served straight away. Very friendly staff and the food is so full of flavour!! I had a thai chicken salad and I was impressed! Takes a bit to impress me with basic foods, but this salad is a MUST have when you go here. Coffee was very nice but I only got a small when I asked for a large. But maybe that's a good thing haha. Can't wait to come back here again!

This is the second time I've been to burger burger and it was better than the first time I went. This store is new and a great addition to Takapuna! Burgers were well presented and tasted amazing. Highly recommend! Much better than the Ponsonby one in my opinion. Pricing seems to have improved also..
