      Had an excellent experience here today. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly associate, Haley, assisted me with replacing my lenses. She can even replace them with a more modern shape. Was super happy to have stumbled upon here- less than a mile from home. Prices are fair, staff knowledgeable and kind- highly, highly recommend.

      My boyfriend and I stayed here last night for the teamsters autism fundraiser gala and, wow, is this an incredible place. Extremely friendly and courteous staff from check in to check out. The room was impeccable. I felt like the first person to have ever stayed there. The neatness and cleanliness was the best I have seen. The decor and furniture extremely modern and high quality. Just awesome. The only sad part was checking out this morning. Can I move in please? Lol.

      Not the greatest hotel any longer. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 years ago and had a very nice experience. When we started a couple of weeks ago, we found immediately that the quality had really gone downhill. The original room that we checked into had a dirty toilet seat, used soap, and a dirty towel on the floor. Numerous black hairs littered the sheets. We were able to switch rooms and the next room was better but still numerous hairs. There is clearly something wrong with their laundry that needs to be fixed. Super noisy- we could hear every sound, including amorous noises, from the room above. It really needs a new management team that is concerned with upkeep and cleanliness.

      I'm kicking myself and wishing that I had read these other yelp reviews before purchasing this Groupon. This past week, I have been trying to contact this terrible, horrible "company" Infinity and Beyond to book a sunset balloon ride (my boyfriend and I can not do a sunrise trip as he works over-nite until 10am). When I was finally able to get in touch with the very unfriendly, rude sounding Michelle (seriously, her "welcoming" voicemail, which sounds like it isn't even a company phone, states adamantly that she will not be in on Thursdays and WILL NOT return any calls that she receives on Thursdays!" Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy....) she informed me that the only sunset ride they have left is for November 21st- over 3 months away and in what is sure to be bitter cold. As my Groupon states that it is for Monday- Friday I informed her that we could do any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays throughout the remainder of the summer/ early fall. She told me "we don't fly then- only on Fridays." When I asked why the Groupon states Mon- Fri she said that she doesn't know. Heh? I said "Well, can I book for next year then once the weather is warmer?" and she said that if I can't do Nov. 21st then I have to pay the full, non-Groupon rate (it expires Nov. 30th). So, I purchase a Groupon and am given only one date to choose from or else I have to pay the full amount. I really, really firmly believe that they bate and switch people- encourage you to buy the cheaper groupon and then force you to pay the regular rate by having no reasonable times available. I told her that I felt like the company was stealing our money by having a groupon and then not offering us any reasonable dates to select. Then at the conclusion of the phone call, I go to hang up and she says, and I state, "your welcome." To which I reply "I did not thank you" and hang up the phone. I am reasonably upset- $240 is a lot of money for me and a hot air balloon ride is something that I have wanted to do for a long time. So, after I hang up my phone rings again, I let it go to voicemail. When I go to check my messages I have found that SHE HAS CALLED ME BACK AFTER STEALING MY MONEY TO TELL ME HOW RUDE I AM. I am writing this in all caps because I am in shock that this actually happened. After being completely inflexible and bating and switching me she calls me back to call me rude. I'm planning to call Groupon tomorrow to report them and possibly the Better Business Bureau. I don't know how a company stays in business that treats their potential customers in such a manner.

      This company has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The manager, I believe her name is Stacy, called me at the end of the business day yesterday leaving me a voicemail confirming my pre-arranged Saturday appointment range from 2:30-4:00 pm. As she left me the time (that we had previously discussed) and did not say that I had to call back to confirm, but merely to call if there were questions, I did not call back. The time was both accurate, as we had discussed, and I did not have any questions. I was very clear to her when booking the appointment that only later in the day would work for me as I would not be home until after 2:00 due to work. This morning, I received an extremely bitchy voicemail that "My person is running very early today. Since you did not call us back you can either reschedule or he'll come earlier." When I called her back and first told her that the voicemail did not say that I had to call back, but merely was an appointment reminder- she completely denied this. Then, when I explained that I needed a late afternoon appointment (as we had agreed upon) I was told I would have to reschedule as she said "I can't have my person sitting around for an hour." Ummm....so, somehow because her cleaning person was finished early somewhere else it became my problem and my fault- even though we agreed upon a time a week before this. In my profession, I see people for appointments. If I had a cancellation, I would never demand that my next appointment come an hour earlier- or else- because "I can't sit around for an hour." How exactly is this that persons responsibility and problem??? Apparently this company would prefer putting out and losing customers vs. being a tiny bit flexible. Stay away!!!!! They do not have any respect for their customers.
