Now we all know take-away pizzas are something to be had in moderation...but Pizza Rapido makes this a really easy rule to break. It is by far the freshest and tastiest take-away Pizza I have ever eaten, no others even come close. They offer anything from a teeny tiny 4 slicer to a massive 12 slicer. They will put whatever the hell you want on it and deliver to your door before your drool has a chance to hit the rug. In fact I think I have some left over in the fridge - that's it, time to go...
The Kitchen Garden Cafe is a unique place with regular evening entertainment which is up close and personal. It offers a lovely selection of alcoholic beverages from less well know companies. They are eco-aware and child-friendly. It has a child's play area, just a simple mat and odd toys - but any mum of babies and toddlers knows how rare and invaluable that is. The staff are helpful in a bit hurried at times. They do a gorgeous selection of food to meet all tastes and have just introduced a new 'small plate' menu which reflects tastes around the world. It's not cheap but it's worth it. Thank you for being there KGC!

Channi's is my local but I'm not biased...seriously. They offer an extensive menu of Indian food, but will adapt any dish to suit your needs. It's a dream for a vegetarian like myself. They love children to eat there, right into the small hours. The staff are the friendliest people you could ever meet. Ok so it looks a bit like someone's front lounge... but I really don't care. They do the tastiest tava paneer starter in the world and will happily make it into a main dish - yum! Amazing food, gorgeous people. Go there.
