Marlena is my former bartending coworker. When she launched Philly Neat Freaks, I knew from experience that she would bring her usual attention to detail and cool approach to this essential customer service. Marlena is communicative, friendly, prepared and fun to hang out with. She helped me let go of many items by reframing what my true needs were vs. their utility.

Very impressed with the punctuality and organization at this office. Everyone is accommodating and non-judgmental if you have not been exactly committed to oral hygiene previously. Dr.Wollock and team are good at putting you at ease while keeping you informed as the procedure happens.

Deeply unhappy with the care my elderly grandmother received at LGH Emergency Department this week. She was taken to the ER with low blood oxygen levels following being discharged from the same hospital with the flu. They kept her sitting all night in the ED; admitted at 10pm and the doctor did not show until 5am. The nurse who did her blood gas missed the artery (a painful mistake) and did not know if her second stick was correct to the artery. She also laughed and said "I hope I get it right" which is NOT APPROPRIATE to say out loud to a sick and scared patient. The RN also ripped out her IV line while failing at the blood gas. This ED is incompetent and I suggest you go elsewhere.

Matt fixed up my damaged charging port in just a few minutes, and kept my phone plugged in until it could be restarted to ensure it was charging properly. Super friendly, fast and professional service. Saved me a ton of time since I didn't have to wait for a Genius Bar appointment!
