Funny little local pub on a corner in the railway village. In recent times has become a strong real ale centre. Wooden settles and a homely feel. Strong local clientele.

Really good pub. John Smiths on! I had a ploughmans which was really nice, everyone else had fish and chips which was spot on. Even a lit candle on the table.
Very charming little country pub with nice staff and some good cider on tap (sadly I have already forgotten the name of it...). Food was pretty expensive for pub grub (most dishes over £10)…
