What/Why:

It's been a long week, your boss has done nothing but give you grief and your at your wits end. The best thing to do is go home and curl up in front of the hearth with a blanket. YOU AREN'T GOING TO DO THAT THOUGH ARE YOU?

Rather, come to Bar Vinyl's 2-4-1 Happy Hour, drink large quantities of cocktail and leave in a simpering heap. If enough mindless debauch hasn't been enjoyed perhaps a sampling of Fifty Fives Happy Hour will have to be savoured.

Either way this event is nothing more than drinking a little more than we should, simply because we can.

You'll be home by 9pm I promise ; )

P.s. For those not in the know, a CMYE is an event led by one of your fabled Community Managers. CM's tend to be generous folk and in the case of this event you'll receive a free cocktail just for showing your face.

Sushi and cocktails... Any of you ever have sushi cocktails?  There was a sushi place in my University town (San Luis Obispo) that served these uni (sea urchin) shooters that had sake, uni, quail egg, and fish roe in it among a couple other ingredients.  It was interesting.

SLO is a weeeeeeeeird place. I say this having snuck into a Cal Poly frat house in a bikini to steal their St. Bernard mascot dog, drunk on Steel Reserve at 7:30am, and getting proposed to by one of the "bros" from the house, being neither student, rival sorority, or resident of the city. This was a NORMAL weekend in the SLO.
