The U-Chip is an awesome joint.  I love the Wee pub downstairs the best, but the upstairs bar and restaurant are worth a visit .  The menu is full of "traditional" scottish fare, like "Finnie Haddie" and things made from lamb, but the menu generally focuses on "game", i.e. quail, rabbit, that sort of thing...Be careful of the downstairs restaurant though, I've heard that they often have expensive…
