+1 on everyone else here... Total Ripoff organization.  Ashamed to say it, but I've been had. And I can't do anything about it.  They are supposed to increase your Google visibility, and they didn't, and then repoorted it VIA A WRONG ADDRESS?  WTF?  

I'd totally be willing to join in any lawsuit!  

Please don't waste your money on these jackasses!

This company makes use of an automatic dialer that calls with a pre-recorded message that does not identify the company, and merely asks you to Press 1 to update your "free Google 411 listing," followed by repeated "Press 1 now. Please press 1. Press 1 now" messages until it hangs up on you.
Sometimes you can see their Caller ID, sometimes they block it. I finally called them back and spoke to "Mike" in the sales department to have my number removed from their database. He said "Sure, I can do that" and then immediately hung up on me.

This guys are a total rip off!  DO NOT USE.  Once they get your money they'll stop calling you and returning any calls or emails.
Money back guarrantee?  FORGET ABOUT IT!
I'm likely to file a lawsuit agaist them, and maybe even call the cops.

29 Prime is a totally rip off, I paid for 5 months and when I cancelled at 4 months and 3 days they refused to credit me and they promised that they would give me front page placement, lies and more lies when I called to cancel they promised they would improve my service by adding key words and they didn't do anything. They also said no first page placement no payment lies again. I got no additional phone calls and no additional business.

Fraud Fraud Fraud, they told me they were with Google, then I get a bill from YLM,  I thought WTF is this bill. Now I am fighting with Visa to get a refund of $179 and $359

This company's home office leased space from me for one year in Irvine CA.  They moved out at the end of the one year lease while owing me approximately $17,000.  They escaped paying me by selling the assets only of My Local Merchant to their new company 29Prime.  That's a legal move; but not telling me (while the lease was in effect) there would be a name change, and sale, raises a serious question about the business ethics of this company.  They seem to move once a year which is a bit odd.  Be careful in dealing with these people.
