THIS SITE HAS NOW CLOSED WITH BUSINESS TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW PREMISES IN COMMERCIAL WAY.
If you come to Woking and arrive at the Station the Woking Hospice shop is likely to be one of the very first things that you see in its prime position opposite the entrance to the station.
One of the largest hospice shops, it's worth the trek up the hill (either up Chertsey Road or up the walkway between Mann & Co and Foundations) just to see what they have in store.
The window displays are changed regularly and are themed. This is the store where you will find the items of more value (although note that the Hospice sell some of their best stuff on eBay to reach a wider audience).
The shop stocks clothing, books, games and china/glassware in the main although other items can also be found.
Books tend to be quite expensive and stock here doesn't change quite as often as it might.
This IS the place to come though if you want to replace that broken piece from your dinner service or if you want an odd glass vase as there's always a lot in stock and it's reasonably priced.
Until recently this store had a good range or evening and bridalwear and also ex-hire suits. These have now been moved to the new shop on Commercial Way.
There's also a good range of jewellery in this shop, again reasonably priced.
