It's good, nice people. Especially when you are a regular (like me) they treat you like a regular.

    - Friendly staff
    - Green Tea/Water
    - Hampstead women (some what snobby, difficult, high maintenance, skinny, "ladies-who-luncheon", fashionable, in a rush :-)

If you are into shellack/gel nails/uv nails? These girls are the best in town... They don't just paint the first layer (base), nooooo way. They brush it on, or "out" :D to keep the layer of base coat as thin as possible.

    Well, I like them.
    A lots of them.

USA Star Nails is the best nail salon in London. There's no doubt about it. Great prices for the best nails you can ask for. I like this location better than their Battersea one because this place is newer, much bigger, cleaner, and has a good ventilation system.

I got the shellac mani and dulex pedi and I was extremely happy with the services. The friendly staff are really attentive and good with detail so they did a wonderful job, especially with the cracked soles of my feet. Completely fixed them to look soft and smooth. Mai is really good at pedicures. You also get a nice massage when you get the pedicure. The shellac is amazing, usually lasts for several weeks and a lot longer if you're careful.

Definitely get their loyalty card if you like getting your nails done... as long as I live in the UK this is the only place I will go to.

I found this place via groupon. Made a reservation via email (convenient) though we had to go back and forth a few times and re-ignite the conversation.

All in all, lots of colors and brands of polish to choose from. Place is clean. And the technicians friendly. I did have to wait 15 or so minutes after my appointment time but they put me in the chair to begin to soak while I was waiting.

If I lived in Hampstead, for the price of £35 for a manicure and pedicure, this would be a strong contender for my regular joint.
