iPad sent in and repaired although once returned I noticed the screen in 2 corners of the iPad where not seated correctly therefore no adhesive was bonding the screen. I called up the shop to be told I would have to pay for the return. Given the iPad was not sent back correctly fixed customers will be asked to pay for the privilege of this company putting right their botched job. Since the repair the iPad screen has cracked before sending back due to the digitiser not being seated correctly. I have reported this and have been told this is now a new fault and I will have to pay for a new screen.
No very happy, £200 to still be left with a cracked screen!
BEWARE of the T&C's of this company and the fact that a incomplete repair could end up costing you more!!
