History

Established in 1979.

It began life before WW2 as a market garden growing greenhouse tomatoes, fresh vegetables, bedding plants and cut flowers for the mining village of Mickley and nearby Prudhoe. Fresh tomatoes were still sold from a barrow at the side of the A695 into the `80`s. The business has been family owned by the Cravens since the 1970's and has since expanded into a thoroughly up-to-date Garden Centre. Despite its extensive growth has retained the personable service that keeps its clients returning time and again, and its ethos remains the same: Quality products and friendly service.
