This is (as far as I know) the biggest toy shop in the Birmingham area, and it's brilliant. Whatever kind of toys or whatever brands (TV shows etc) your kids are into, you'll find the toys here. Unless they're into some weird stuff. But WWE wrestling and Ben 10 are quite popular, judging by the amount of merchandise each brand has in store.
The only problem I've had with this store is the staff. Some of them (particularly the electronics department) can be overbearing and almost scary, and they tend to be very reckless with handling fragile items. This can be problematic given their hesitance to accept returns.
The largest toy shop near to me. They sell everything you can think of from the babies r us range, bikes, musical instruments, DVDs, ipods, cameras, games consoles the list is endless.
The only problems I have ever had are when I have returned an item after Christmas and the queue is out of the door! The staff are great though and I feel sorry for them when they are that busy.
Also recently found out they do a stock take around March (i think) so if you have ever wondered why they don't have much stock just after Christmas it is something to do with that and not ordering new stuff until after the stock take - was explained to me by a member of staff last year but I'm sure it was along the lines of that!!
Nice big toy store, they have a huge selection of toys and games. Lots of parking for the store and plenty of trolleys outside including ones to carry babies around in. Have bought a lot of my Christmas presents there this year as you can browse without it being too busy.
I visit here with a shopping list in hand full of things the grandchildren want for Christmas every November and a few times during the year for birthdays. I think the shop itself is very big but it is easy to find the things I want as all the boys and girls toys are together. The newest things have a big section devoted to them as you enter the shop which also makes shopping here easier for me as that is usually what I am looking for. If you buy over a set figure on some ranges of toys you get a free toy from the range. I noticed the Thomas one and it was if you spent over £50 I believe sadly I only spent £30 but it is a good offer as it made me call my son to see if there was anything else either of my grandsons wanted from the Thomas things
This is a really large toy store that also stocks bikes and nursery items. There are always special offers on different items.
This store gets very busy coming up to Christmas and it's really important to keep your receipt as they usually don't take things back with out it.
The store itself has a good range of toys and they are reasonably priced, the layout is good and its obviously family friendly and even has a customer toilet and baby changing which seems to be lacking in alot of stores lately. The only downside I would say the place never seems to change its the same stuff everytime you go in with only a few new additions. Once you have been in once you really dont need to keep going back as generally you have seen it all the first time and not a lot changes. Even some of the offers are at times pretty predictable.
Great toy shop now with a baby department. Well laid out and a huge on site free carpark. Easy to get to from the Stratford Road. A very good choice of toys including electrical items such as playstations wii's consoles games and accesories etc girls and boys toys for all ages. Biles and cars for children and outdoor equipment such as slides, climbing frames and trampolenes. All items can be picked up or delivered from in store and the staff are very helpful.
Lovely store to take children around and either choose a present from the shelves or spend their pocket money.
A good shop sadly I wont be shopping there anymore as they have hired a company called G24 to run their carpark. You can only park there for 45 minutes before a £75 fine comes through the post. Dont worry if you get one, go to the Matin Lewis website and he'll explain how you cab avoid paying it.
