Have been using Therapy for the last year for my regular waxing and never been disappointed.

The staff are all lovely - esp Angela, and the overall feel is very professional.

Have had 2 facials there as well - they use all organic products which smell lovely and I always leave feeling like a new woman!!

I agree with the other review, definitely a fantastic place for facials! Felt 5 years younger after 1 facial and loved the relaxing atmosphere there.
Therapists are very gentle and professional. 5 stars from me!

    Awful Attitude!
Arrived for my appointment with my sleeping 2 month old baby for my first chance at waxing since she was born. Immediately the receptionist whom I suspect was the owner, sneered at us and asked in a not too kindly way if my baby was likely to cry. I felt like pointing out to her that all babies are likely to cry  duh! Although I felt it had nothing to do with my treatment I answered that I hoped she'd sleep right thru as I had arranged the apt around her nap time. She said that the baby would have to be quiet as she had a client who was having a facial and I would have to leave ( mid waxing I must point out if she started to cry ) She then proceeded to whisper right in front of me to the therapist who had entered the room that I would have to go if the baby started to cry. Never mind that I too was a paying customer (£80) and not very likely to sit back relaxing on a table while my baby howled without an attempt to comfort her. Aren't 90% of her clients women who may also at some point have children and require their services? I wouldn't have been so offended if she had approached me with more respect and understanding rather than a piece of dirt that was stuck to her shoe. Had I not spent so much time organising the care of my older child for the chance to nip out for some beauty treatment I would've turned on my heel and walked out but I can guarantee she has lost me forever as a client. There are better places to spend my money where I can only hope are a bit more sympathetic to the needs of all their clients.
