Fantastic sandwich sells amazing sandwiches. With pretty much every ingredient known to man. With the massive selection of ingredients you have the chance to make a wierd and wonderful sandwich or just stick to one of the more traditional numbers. They taste great, are reasonably priced at around 2-3 pounds and can be very healthy. lastly if you haven't the cash to buy a freshy you can pick up one of yesterdays, which still taste great for half price.

Is this really fantastic? Stuck up a side street off the main drag of Gloucester Road, no seating for customers, depressing lacklustre decor and complete lack of atmosphere. If this is what passes for fantastic in your world, I worry a little bit about your standards. That may be harsh, but by using the word "fantastic" in its title this establishment invites quite some expectation. The mismatch of the shop's overall impression with its proud name is almost ironic, a bit like when you see a really ugly street with a sign labelling it as "Paradise Road".
It's a sandwich shop and catering company, rather than a cafe, and you go in, get your sarnie and leave, or you can arrange to have a delivery to your workplace. To give them their dues, they do provide an excellent range of catering options including, amazingly, a sandwich vending machine that can be installed in your office.
So, use this place for corporate catering or for a grab-and-go lunch, and don't expect to soak up any sort of atmosphere while you're there. What a fantastic shame.

An oddly overstated name belies the rather mediocre sandwich shop which lies inside. The city centre branch closed its doors a couple of years ago and to be honest I don't imagine it'll be long before this one does as well.
There's not much to the space itself, with little seating room and minimal effort in terms of decoration. I don't know how the catering side of things fare but while the sandwiches aren't by any means terrible, they're not exactly fantastic either. The range of flavours is uninspiring and to be brutally honest the overall impression this establishment leaves me with is of a mediocre sandwich company.
