Worse experience ever at the gym factory! In particular with unprofessional staff (ie personal trainer Andy): once I had paid for 10 sessions he was NEVER available and became rude. Gym is very small and equipment quite old. I DON'T RECOMMEND!

We have a team that consist of trainers who range from a British Record holding power lifter (women's' 60kg), Martial Arts experts, an Ex-international Tennis player, a world record holding ocean rower and fitness professionals that have more than 10 years experience working with all different types of clientèle.

Our class range is different to your average gym. Yes we have Indoor Cycling, Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga & Pilates but we also offer Street Dance, Commercial Contemporary, Pole Fitness, Ballet and MORE!
With over 10 years of management in the fitness and well-being industry, Alex brings a wealth of experience to our club.
He is a level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, a Neuromuscular Therapist, Nutritional Adviser and specialises in remedial exercise, core conditioning and pre/post natal training. Alex is generally here every day during peak hours to help you with anything you may need.
