This guy is fantastic. OK - so there is nothing pleasant or dignified about dental treatments but Dr. Behrens makes it as painless and relaxed as possible. The practice is bright, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. They always run on time and the treatments never feel rushed. The team is friendly and competent.

I found Dr. Behrens after an odyssey of private dentists in the UK. I had suffered quite a bit - physically and financially and was very sceptical first. However, I am now a happy, relaxed patient again vs. an anxious, petrified nervous wreck when getting dental treatments.

I went to see Dr Behren. He told me I had early peridontitis. He was digging the peridontal probe and said my readings were 4's and 5's. He couldnt decide the difference of my condition whether it was gingivitis or peridontal diease. I questioned him and then he said early peridontitis. I went to see my normal dentist who showed me my probe readings and said I had gingivits and pockets at 1 and 2. I am disgusted how peridontist will do anything to make money and falsely tell you need all this treatment when you dont.
I would not visit him again and would recommend if your having treatment to go through a trustee dentist.

I went to the Behrens Dental Practice with a tooth ache. Upon entering the bulding I was very impressed but after seeing Dr Behrens and his team I left very dissapointed and annoyed.
I booked in for an appointment for a tooth ache. Upon arrival I was met by a very rude sullen receptionist (or it could of been the practice manager).
Once inside the surgery Dr Behrens checked my teeth and tryed to explain to me it wasn't a tooth issue but a gum issue. He then proceeded to tell me I needed an expensive laser gum treatment and I should get that started ASAP. He then took an expensive full mouth xray (which I wasn't advised about let alone asked about) and tryed to push an even more expensive gum test on me. After explaining I wasnt at the surgery for this purpose he tryed to explain that it was the reason. I found Dr Behrens at this point to be very pushy and extremely money hungry.
At this stage I asked if I could leave if he wasnt going to help my problem.
At the reception desk the receptionst told me of the cost ( which blew me away) I was charged a large amount of money for things that werent disscussed with me first. When I asked to see someone else about this issue another lady appeared who was rude, unsympathetic and juts wanted my money. The depressive look on her face was enough to put you off and she clearly had no people skills whats so ever. After leaving the Behrens Dental practice I went to see another Dentist ( as I still had a tooth ache). I explained to him what had happened at the Behrens clinic and he laughed as Dr Behrens is know amoungst the dental community as trying to sell his miracle Laser gum surgery to anyone and everyone. I was then told the laser gum is a money making gimmick and only works for a small amount of time in which the gum disease returns. Its simply a joke explained this other dentist disgusted. And my gums were very healthy and in order. He then went on to fix my tooth ache ( which needed root canal treatment and has not hurt me since). Very dissapointing. I dont know how some people can get away with this behaviour.
