I really enjoyed my day at the Beehouse from a musical point of view. The studio is set in stunning countryside. It is a couple of miles from the nearest town, but the staff go to great lengths to ensure that you arrive safely and can access the studio, even offering transport in a Range Rover to the site itself. View all round are staggering and inspirational, and I defy anyone not to be impressd by the location.
Most importantly, the studio itself is a fabulous mixture of professional facilities and concessions for newbies like myself who need a helping hand. I had a music production day at the Beehouse and Phil really does know his stuff and ensures that your personal instruction leaves you really set to move forward. There's help on the musical and creative front, access to all manner of software and gadgetry, and a truly versatile setup, meaning that whatever direction you take, the facilities are there. I got involved not only in Cubase, but also in laying down vocals and bass lines, and even played in a few lines on the drums.
The studio is ideal for learning, as the whole process taked place from a central control room, and each element is explained throughly.
I would recommend this for anyone really seeling to extend their musical understanding and develop new ideas. They'll even put your music online and sell it for you if you want.

I haven't experienced anything like it at the recording studios today.
Overall I had an awesome time and went over and done the songs as I
imagined. Thank you very much to Phill and Charlie who recorded and
produced my drum session and drum video. Soon to be on Youtube.
