This is a great restaurant, in a very central location with plenty of on street parking.
TGI's is a very popular restaurant and can often get busy.
TGI's is an american restaurant and it is full of lots of different memorabilia, you cant help but look around as there are items everywhere.
The staff are really bubbly and friendly though can be slighty OTT, they always chat away to you whilst taking your order and will often sing or dance or do something else spontaneously which really adds to the atmosphere.
There is a really large selection of items on the menu, including some really great and extremely large deserts ideal for sharing.
Prices are fairly reasonable, as I feel the environment and the fun of the restaurant definately compensates for slightly higher prices.
They also do a lovely childrens menu and a fab drinks menu, with fun cocktail names.
For a really good night out with friends with a bit of atmosphere and great food this is most definately the place to go.
I think I was unlucky and lumbered with the amateur waiter. The place was quite cramped too, and not as spacious as some of the other TGI's I've visited.
The bar is good though. Actually, every TGI's bar is good.
YEE-HAH!! If you want rootin-tootin good food then get on down to TGI Fridays. Your stomach will thank you for it! Heart-warming, wholesome and filling food all-round.
The staff are rushed off their feet due to the popularity of their restaurant, but are always so happy and jolly that you could mistake this for drug-induced highs!
They have burgers, ribs, steak, and other meaty goodness which is perfect for large groups and teenagers (the usual eaters at this place). You can't come here and be grumpy...the staff won't let you. Smiling will come naturally after a visit here though :)
Went here for my cousins 21st Birthday and I had a great time! I've never been there prior but can safely say I will DEFO be going back. The staff were really great and accommodating and made sure we were all happy. Its a family place yet you can go there and just chill out with your friends and have a good time. I would say its a little pricey but its ok for an occasion or a treat, the portions are quite big too!
All in all I would recommend people to go there :)
One word that sums up the whole experience oF dining at T.G.I. Fridays is wackey. Good fun waitresses who always wait with a smile, a buzzing atmosphere and fun surroundings. If you are looking for fine dining this is not the place to go but the food is good for what it is and is affordable. To be honest the main attraction is the funky, family friendly environment and a special mention has to go to my usual waitress Lucy O'neil, who like all the waiting staff that have served me, makes the meal a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Pretty standard american bar/grill type deal apart from two things the great cocktails and the horrific prices. Fun but really not worth the price for fairly average food, they dress it up quite well but it is still steak/burger and chips you get.
Used to be good, last time I went food was awful and tasteless.
Not my favourite restaurant at cribbs but good for a change sometimes. Enjoy the bourbon chicken. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Would say it is slightly over priced for what you get. Can get really busy too so a bit of a wait for tables.
