The atmosphere in the american restaurant is brilliant. The food was not as good as I expected but the atmosphere more that made up for this.


I went with my husband and 20 months old daughter and the staff were brilliant with her. She received crayons and papers and enjoyed all the attention they gave her.


The portions are big so worth the money and I would go again on the atmosphere alone.


Expect to wait for a little while for a seat to be available but you can either continue shopping in Bluewater or wait at the bar.

Lovely food and very friendly staff !! I ate here just the other day with my friend and our two children they were very willing to seat us and our two pushchairs without making us feel like it was a burden on them.My son was not eating but he was allowed some pencils and a activity book to keep him occupied which i thought was lovely of them.The food was brought to us promptly and tasted fantastic !! I would reccommend the oreo cookie milkshake for a real treat.
The service here is excellent and i will def return here again as anywhere that makes children welcome and especially pushchairs is a good place by my standards

TGI's is great for any occasion, but if your having a party there the staff really do look after you.


TGI's is an American restaurant filled with great atmosphere every time you visit. The staff are always very happy, and you can tell they love their job.


The food is delicious. You can chose from many different American dishes, for starters you can choose from boneleass wings, onion scoops, cheese nachos, potato skins and loaded potato skins, and for mains you have a lot of great choice, Burgers, steak, ribs, Fajitas, hearty salads and pasta. If your still hungry, then you will def need to look at the dessert menu, wow, do die for..!


The Bluewater restaurant is always very very busy, and normally you have to wait for a table, but its never that long.


The prices have got so much better than they used to it. I always found it quite expensive, but now they do a great 2 courses for £9.99 Mon-Thurs.

The atmosphere in this restaurant definitely out performs the food. Nothing too wrong with the food you just expect more from them. The staff are very good - think a lot of them are a bit too happy though!! They all do their job very well though and make you feel in a good mood. Is a good place to take kids though as got a nice menu for children

I have been here solely for the bar which speaks volumes! It has a great cocktail bar with some superb bar staff who sometimes perform all sorts of juggling tricks, i believe a former UK champion served here?! The drinks are well presentable, served in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. There is not a lot of seating, and I am usually propping up the bar!

TGI's love it when you have a birthday there. Even if you haven't made it publicy known, they make sure that they do!!! Food is reasonably priced and they also cater for children with highchairs. Depending on the day and time occassionally you have to wait quite a while to get seated but i suppose that goes for most places. Great if you have been shopping all day and want something nice to eat!

Most of you probably already know about this chain, but I thought it necessary to let you know that this particular one is the best I have been to: service and staff wise. They'll make you get on your chair whilst the rile up the WHOLE restaurant to sing happy birthday for you (but then so does every TGI's as you probably know) And there is always service with a SMILE!
