4 reviews for Sushi Hiro
It's a nearest Japanese restaurant and only take 8 mins by bus from where i'm living. They got the fresh sushi i've had in London and the price is reasonable.
Suhi-Hiro is a good restaurant for those who love sushi and please make a reservation before you show up. Make sure you bring enough cash because they only accept cash!
like kiraku, the nearest transit information and the map provided by google are in error.
the nearest station to sushi-hiro is indeed ealing common.
in fact, it is located directly opposite the entrance of the station.
how convenient.
all their sets are priced below 20 quid!
ala carte nigiri sushi range from 1-3.20 quid.
the free miso soup is hot, tasty and not too salty.
i strongly recommend the superior nigiri sushi set A.
13 pieces of the best sushi i've had in london!
fresh, nice size and good texture.
after devouring the set, i proceeded to order additional ala carte nigiri sushi:
uni, was not the freshest i've tasted but generously portioned.
horse mackerel, ooooooh so fresh.
hirame fin, nice crunchy bite wrapped in minty shiso leaf.
toro, nice marbling of omega 3 fatness!:) = multiple repeat orders of it.
definitely a high quality sushi bar that will not break the bank.
This is place is sweet.
The staff is friendly, and welcoming. The food is well priced and fresh. I think the best deal here are the Makki Rolls and the Sets A to F.
Also try their Unni. It will make you feel, like your tounge is having a booty call.
Enjoy and have fun an dont forget to make a reservation before you show up
This is the BEST sushi in London for the normal Japanese working class who live in London for the time being. There are 1/2 doezn high end sushi restaurants you take clients to. Sushi Hiro is a nice little place that cater to mostly take out for the Japanese. I go there all the time to order take out and then just go home. Once in a while if there is a space open up (they only have 6 or so spots in the sushi bar and then 2, 3 tables with 2 seats for in house dining) in the restaurant, I will sit down and eat. This is a place not to miss if you care about serious basic sushi, nothing else.
