If you are buying a bike this Christmas, either for yourself or a child, this is where you want to go.
This is a proper bike shop, as opposed to a toy shop that sells bikes, where the staff know what they are talking about and offer good solid advice as to the size and type of bike suitable for your requirements.
They offer a service where you go back after a few weeks and they check the bike over, tightening anything that has worked loose and ironing out any problems and sell lots of extras that you didn't even know you needed - 10 out of 10.
The staff here know their stuff and are cycling enthusiasts. They carry a good stock of bikes, components and accessories from kids stuff to high-end competition gear at reasonable prices.
They are also very helpful - they have helped me fit components I'd bought from online competitors and did so for an extremely cheap price. I felt guilty asking but they were happy to do the work.
Excellent experience with these people. Lots of advice, no pressure, great range and good offers. Know what they are talking about, we're much more informative than large chain stores.
