Getting a haircut is not something I usually enjoy in fact to be quite honest it's one of my least favourite things in life. The main reason for this is due to my general ignorance and disinterest for all things follicle I end up like a rabbit in the headlights when faced with the inevitable utterance What would you like done with your hair today, sir?, as to be quite honest I don't have a bloody clue and feel that out of the two of us it should be the hairdresser not my layman self that makes that decision.
As a result my idea of a good barbers/hairdressers is somewhere that ideally just chops your locks in a fashion that makes me look as good as possible or at least offers a guiding hand through the decision making process and Tony's is one such place. It's owned and run by young chap (who's name i assume is Tony) and he has the hairdresser to hairdressee banter down to a tee, offering an informed opinion at all the right junctures. At just under £20 I felt it was rather steep but I guess that's heavily down to rental costs in Soho. All in all I'd thoroughly recommend this place if you want to get value for around £20 for a cut.
