Saturday night and the place was buzzing by midnight. Mostly spent time in the main dancehall upstairs, but there is a VIP room that plays more classic tunes to a small dance floor, and, an oldies place downstairs. As I'm still young at heart I stayed upstairs in the large dance area where the DJ played all the modern hip/pop music.
The three bars were well staffed by proficient and well trained staff. The security was there but not intimidating. I witnessed no trouble all night. Everyone seemed to be out for a good night and everything seemed to be well organised.
I'd recommend it for a night out to anyone visiting Falkirk
If you want to see a collection of sad and desperate little men sniffing for an easy lay, or indeed, you are one of these sad little men-then storm is for you! What a soulless, ugly place it is, and no amount of good dance tunes is ever going to change the rank, aggressive atmosphere that hangs over this flea-pit. The women who frequent this 'dance hall' look mostly like hard bitten prostitutes who wouldn't hesitate to claw your eyes out in a blink-not of course that this place is a stranger to violence-you will regularly see shocking displays of brutality, if of course-your actually fucking stupid enough to want to go back there!
best to try avoid this place, unless your looking for trouble, you can always find some here!!!
rough club mainly for neds. I think one night during the week is meant to b good but cant remember which one
Cant beat a night out in storm!! I believe a night out is what you make of it and after a few pubs you can dance the night away in storm, although there are sometimes fights (which you would get most places when a lot of people are drunk) the bouncers are usually right on this and get it dealt with quickly, . Why not try for yourself and see what you think!! Saturday nights are the best- not so many youngsters in , and all rooms are open! Could be doing with nicer toilets mind you but if you go in the vip room rather than ladies downstairs then these are a bitty better!!
