The building at 7 pelham Crescent does not have a picture here at the moment. It was really neglected and horrid - as historically was all of Pelham Crescent. It has now been made over as a local arts venue and theatre which is a really great addition to thee seafront.
The Georgian church building is over 175 years old and grade 2 listed. It was designed i think by Joseph Kaye for the earl of Chichester. It has a circular auditorium so really good acoustics
It reopened in 1997. i have only attende church services and once for cinema as I no longer live in the town, but it is well worth keeping an eye on.
A really nice cafe, situated on Hastings sea front. The cafe has excellent views of the beach and the sea (although depending on who is disrobing on the beach, you might not find the views quite so appealing!) The food and drinks are reasonably priced, and the cafe has pretty nice decoration and furnishing. The staff are generally pretty friendly and helpful, happy to help out by giving directions and offering advice to hapless tourists, of which there are many during the summer months. It's much less busy during Autumn and Winter (as you'd expect in a seaside resort town).
