This branch of specsavers gives the whole chain a bad name, as far as I'm concerned. I used them to try and get a new pair of glasses, but despite asking several times, they failed to order the frames I wanted - although assured me each time I visited that it would have been done, just not yet.
But as if staff being rude and unhelpful to customers isn't enough, it turns out that they're just as bad when dealing with specsavers headquarters. I was informed that after my last contact lense order, it took headquarters 10 days to get someone at this branch to answer a telephone call. Well, they've definitely lost my confidence, and I certainley won't be visiting them again.
