I too had a bad experience with Shopperheads regarding a Beanbag. They promised me it would be here well in time for Xmas. It arrived on Xmas eve which was very unfortunate as I had it delivered to my place of work that closed on Xmas Eve 29 days it took for delivery and they passed all blame onto the courier. I had complained and asked for my money back and they ignored that email. Shocking service I wouldn't use them again.
the one star is for the delivery service, i arranged a week ago for delivery of 2 bean bags. the date i was given was fri 7 dec, i had to contact shopperheads on the thursday as i had not received the promised email. i was then told that they could not deliver until monday, the items were in stock it was the courier company who could not be bothered. i hope the product is first class to make up for the dissapointment of the delivery service. shopperheads were very helpfull but all the help in the world is no good if they cant resolve the matter . monday is here and i have been told that although i have arranged for somebody to be at home all day on friday and today, my goods will not be delivered today even thought they were loaded onto the lorry on thursday of last week. kunal of shopperheads is helpfull but is being badly let down by the courier company they are using. i presume that some deliveries were made today cant really fathom out why mine is such a problem. been told now it will be friday, i am not holding my breath
