£5.95, all you can eat, good quality Italian food and décor.
What's not to like, this deal is even available 12-5 Saturdays. How crazy is that?
Always go there for the lunchtime all you can eat offer at £5.99 and food are freshly made for you. Great modern decor as with any Italian restaurant and food is freshly made. The pizza here is to die for!!!
Only reason I do not give it a 5* is because service is slow even when the restaurant isn't half full, it is almost like they want you to eat less. Other than this, a very nifty little place to be. Haven't been to the Harrow one but the Pinner one is quiet and has a homely feel to it. Good comfort food.
If you're there before 7:30 then you'll get to enjoy their set menu offers and deals, and at those prices it's not a bad place to eat. They also post offers on their website.
If you're walking in paying full price then your expectations change. And for the price they're charging it isn't all that - in fact I'd rather have stopped at a Pizza Express!
Bad points: pizza base was too salty, there was one piece of chicken on my vegetarian pizza, and they were out of gorgonzola cheese - one of the main ingredient on my pizza.
Good points: Service was good when we were there, quality of the pizza in general was nice, and pasta was good too.
I haven't been to their other four restaurants, but this Pinner branch would be a perfect venue if you're eating out with a group of people on their set menu - they have a sizable seating area at the side!
This is a pleasant restaurant in a nice location. The decor is good, the atmosphere relaxed and the staff friendly. More importantly, the food is good and not overly expensive.
On visiting the other day, I was immediately welcomed and seated. The menu arrived within moments, but then the staff seemed to forget about me. Other diners arrived and had their orders taken, while I sat in splendid isolation and ignored. Eventually, I attracted the attention of the manageress who took my order and a glass of perfectly good cabernet sauvignon soon appeared. My starter of 'insalata tricolore' was not long delayed and was nice without being exceptional; a little less dressing might have helped. There then followed a further wait before my empty plate was removed and my main, calves liver, turned up. This was nicely presented and well cooked, though the flavour of the liver was somewhat masked by the red onion marmalade and red wine jus. My plate was removed, empty again, and replaced by the dessert menu which had several interesting offerings. However, the staff again seemed to forget all about me and I sat staring into space for a full 15 minutes before a waitress finally returned; by then I was in danger of being late for a meeting and had to settle for a quick cup of coffee and the bill.
I could, of course, have made attempts to attract the attention of the waitresses but, frankly, it's their job to be attentive to the customers; customers should not have to constantly chase them.
All in all, I enjoyed the meal, the price was good at £27 for the lot, but the overall experience was damaged by lackadaisical service. Would I go back ? Certainly, but next time I'd be much more noisy.
I love this place and have been there several times. I have had many of the pasta dishes and my partner loves the pizzas and the calzones. They have cheap all you can eat lunch menus and they have special wine tasting nights. Great service and great food now all you need is great company. :) Call to reserve on weekends just in case.
