Just discovered this little gem through a group buying site yet didn't even need a voucher as their deal of £5.45 which includes a main meal, 4 veg spring rolls and a soft drink was awesome enough. Plus it was the same price for noodles or rice and for eat-in too which was a bargain!
Everything was freshly cooked in an open clean kitchen and although seating area is very limited it was very cosy, bright and clean. The green and white made it look very contemporary. Unlike most chinese places food was served with a smile by the manager and was cooked perfectly- not greasy (like some chinese can be) not over spiced or salty and generous portions despite of the nice spring rolls. I ordered a vegetable curry with noodles which was yum whilst my two colleagues ordered a special chow-mein and a special fried-rice. Don't forget to ask for chilli oil even though sweet chilli sauce is offered on the table.
I also like the fact they have zero Fanta and 7up which comes with the meal package too. Awesome!
Delivery is free over £15 after 5pm which will be an office evening treat one day for sure!
We will definitely be back after several disappointing chinese food at Oriental Taste due to poor service and over seasoning. Totally recommend!!

Sams Chinese Express is fantastic!!! I've had several takeaways from here and they've all been excellent - I particularly love their chicken curry!! Delivery is always quick too, when you phone your order through they tell you delivery will be 40 minutes but they're always at my door with a bag full of delicious food within half an hour.

Sams is by far the best Chinese takeaway in central London and I highly recommend them!!

5 GBP for a plate of chinese food and a drink, I'm enticed. But not when its this greasy. And not the good kind of greasy where it fills that hole in your soul that was wishing for something unhealthy to balance out the pilates you undoubtedly do. Anyway, don't waste your time on this place.

The lunch deal is an extremely cost efficient option, but I have to say I have had better chinese food.
