I tried giving no stars but it won't let me that's all they deserve.they've given me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a pair of touch screen gloves through Groupon on 11th Nov and received an email back from Roolyn saying that my order was confirmed and they'd e-mail me to get my full address.
It's now 30th December and nothing. I've emailed them regularly but not even a courtesy reply to say they've got my emails. I've phoned the number on their website and it was an IT helpdesk. I tried again and then it told me the number was disconnected. I've been to Groupon at least 7-8 times and they've been equally as useless they've come back to me three times saying they cannot find the order DESPITE me giving them the email from Roolyn with order number and last 4 digits of credit card and when the £5 was taken out of my account. Yes, Roolyn, you still have my money !!
If it wasn't for the fact there are reviews from people who say they've received goods from Roolyn I would have thought they were a hoax as they have taken money under false pretences in not supplying my goods and ignoring me completely.
So I will never shop with Roolyn again and I'd advise others not to unless you want to gamble on losing your money. I'm also not going to use Groupon ever again as their service is just as appalling and, no, I'm not going to ring you, Groupon, at £1.53 a minute !! You obviously want to avoid customers with complaints which is what you've done with me. Souse KGBdeals, Dealcloud or others but avoid Groupon !!
