Probably the best restaurant, for the money, in all of France. Everything served is made by Huguette, herself. The pate is wonderful, the fromage de tete the best. Huguette makes it all herself. The gigot is fantastic! And, it is "all you can eat"! How can you top that? The cheese platter is perfect ... not from the supermarket...I watch the farmer deliver the cheese herself. As for the desserts, Huguette makes them all in her kitchen. Tarte de fraise, tarte de framboise, tarte de pommes, tarte de citron merange...etc. ect. etc. And the price, not what one expects on the Côte d'Azur. Worth the drive up to l'Audibergue.
