Great little town pub witha good choice of beers, including guest ales, and, surprisingly a really good choice of wines.
This is a proper pub with no TV, no fruit machines or games, just good beer and a really eclectic mix of customers.
Lunchtime snacks daily, different to the norm, but very good, terrific steaks and fish Friday evenings (but book) Sunday lunches and a function room where some of the best live musicians in the country can be seen regularly.
Tapas nights on Tuesdays
