2 reviews for Radisson Edwardian Hotel
All Reviews
Five star hotel ...... five stars in my review ....absolute standard!!!!
Radisson Edwardian....that's a mouthful isn't it? Arguably one of the best hotels in Manchester city centre, the Radisson is so much more than just a hotel. Let me start with Sienna, their inhouse spa. Wow!!!
Without doubt, this has to be one of if not THE most luxurious spa facility in Manchester and maybe even the Northwest. With its relaxed atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and ultra-modern uber cool facilities escapism will never feel the same again. The decor is sumptuous, with a fusion of sun-bleached limestone, dark hardwoods, clean lines and soft, liquid forms that create a serene oasis in the city.
There's a refreshingly diverse range of body-pampering packages available. This includes half-day packages, aromatherapy, massages and facials, reflexology and St Tropez self-tanning. But wait there's more....plus they also offer treatments that you may not get anywhere else, such as the Monticelli Mud or Body Strategist Anti-Cellulite treatments from Comfort Zone.
The spa has an exclusivity deal with Comfort Zone's great skincare products - and talking of products, Sienna is also in partnership with Elemis, combining their range with Sienna's facilities to offer some unique mind and body spa experiences such as the Exotic Frangipani Body Nourish Wrap. So it really is a pampertastic spa which you other half may enjoy, male or female ;D
Anyway back to the hotel....
The Radisson Edwardian's has 263 sumptuous rooms and suites in its backpocket. The rooms really do have the x-factor and are home to bespoke furniture, Bang and Olufsen televisions and Scandinavian slate bathrooms. Now during your stay you may well see lots of suits, that is because there are 18 meeting rooms and a major conference room to provide seating and restaurant-quality dining for up to 550. So no wonder the hotel is ideal for the corporate as well as leisure market.
So...you got the spa, you got the luxurious rooms and you got the corporate facilities. Thus it comes as no surprise that the Radisson has two stunning restaurants (the glamorous Opus One Bar and Restaurant and the more relaxed Alto Bar and Restaurant) these are like icing onthe cake for the hotel adding contemporary style and fine dining to the equation.
No wonder Man city are putting up Mancini here while he looks for a house..... treat yourself and check out the spa or treat someone with a break here...you well get super browny points...guaranteed!!!!
Now this is what I call a hotel! A place that is luxurious, romantic, cutting's design and fantastic service.
If you don't want to risk trying to figure out which boutiques may be any good this is the safe option that will never fail to impress- anyone.
You would be hard pushed to find anyone who could fault Manchester's Raddison....it is beautiful. We found it very hard to leaver the hotel and in the morning to rise from such a comfortable king-sized bed. I will without a doubt stay here many more times again and you should too!
