I've stayed in a lot of hotels throughout the UK. Usually, I am disappointed with the compact nature of the rooms, affectionately referred to in the marketing literature as "coziness." Not here.

The room was spacious with a huge separate bathroom which contained a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. These are hard to find in the UK unless you are willing to pay well above $300 a night. The staff was very attentive and also very helpful in providing insight into local restaurants.

Given the choice, I'd stay here again without a second thought.
