As far as Thai part?  I had the red curry ( beef only) There was zero subtlety , it's  like half the ingredients were missing from the sauce, carrots made up a couple of the vegetables, of which there were a couple of carrots.  I'm pretty sure I used the same red curry paste/ base myself  in the past.  It didn't make me sick so no single star but jesus the bland it hurts...

Service was hilariously slow. From getting the menu, to orders, though I have to say the food came out on time.

I have been out of the UK for over 10 years but I am certain that when you say we're all done that maybe the check appears, seemingly not.  Had to explicitly ask for it . they seemed surprised.  I now have to go try another Thai place in the area to see if it's a dead end in Scotland or just that they are having a joke at the local's expense
