Play It By Ear is a new(ish) club at the new(ish) venue of the Monarch, Camden. It's a bit confusing, because there was an original Monarch, which is now the Barfly. And the new Monarch was once the Camden Wetherspoon. Oh well.
Play It By Ear is good for two reasons: good bands (recently they have had bands like John and Jehn and Underground Railroad), good DJing. There is also a pleasant, friendly vibe that permeates. A good night out all round.
