For a quick pizza snack, this place is pretty awesome. Clean, friendly and the pizza slices are delicious. It's one of those 'wooden board' pizza joints.
I think the prices recently went up from EUR2 to something like EUR2.40 a slice, but you still can't quibble at the cost :)
From the outside, Pizza Delizia doesn't look like much, but YUM!
As most pizza places aren't all that vegan-friendly, I never would have given this spot a second glance, had the fellow not told me he saw a vegan pizza there once. So we went in and inquired, and yes, there was vegan pizza, which they usually have every day! Granted, there was only one variety, but it was loaded with veggies, so I ordered a couple slices.
To be clear, a slice is really three pieces, and they're served on a wooden board. Our food was ready in about 3-5 minutes, and I meticulously picked off the mushrooms before topping the pizza with chili oil and digging in.
Let me tell you: the pizza was good even without the oil. No need to add salt or any other flavor if you don't want to (though I love the spice). It wasn't the most amazing vegan pizza I've ever had, but for €2 a piece, it was pretty pretty pretty good (Larry David style). And for €8 total, me and the mister each had two servings and walked away satisfied.
