What a brilliant place and more that I expected, came away with a killer vintage dress, well a 1930's night gown actually. It is silk and in A1 condition, looks to have never been worn too, which is awesome as It will be my wedding dress next year. It is currently the sexist thing I own!

I'm over the moon - this is perfect place to bring a few girl friends or to spend sometime on a wet afternoon when you just want to be transported back in time!
I would recommend this place to everyone.

I was down from london visiting friends for the bank holiday week-en just past.

I have a passion for practically anything vintage and I pride myself in the innovative way I always manage to hunt down the most obscure little antique shop. I make the time to source out new vintage stores where ever I may be.

However this little treasure had alluded me until now. . . just by chance I discovered Pixie whilst searching the net for silk slips in Brighton and bingo. . . it came up.
'I am going away on holiday soon and love wearing slips on the beach as cover-ups over bikinis!' so I made an appointment with 'Jen' who is very friendly and helpful with out being pushy.

You actually have the appointment to yourself or with anyone you care to take with you. So you browse at your leisure, its brilliant!
Its like being in your very own glamourous boudoir with beautifully displayed items, an excellent choice and at reasonable prices, I was amazed at the condition of most pieces considering some were at least from the 1920'/1930's!

Needless to say I was very tempted and spent my pocket money early but returned to London with some exquisite finds - they do have a website but I think there is more on offer at the studio/shop and it is a shopping experience and one that I will definitely be repeating.

Brilliant! My wife has a passion for 1940s silk and I could not find anything for our anniversary. Anyway, after finding the Pixxi site and then organising a private appointment I met the owner, Jeni, who seems to know more about vintage silk than anyone on this planet!

Pixxi is a rather magnificent Regency room filled with vintage clothes and accessories. It is unlike any shop I have ever seen or even heard about and Jeni was able to show me items she thought my wife might like.

In the end the present I bought was spot on! I can't thank Jeni enough and recommend anyone to visit - this is really a unique place!
