I know they probably don't need any further exposure seeing as their 100+ years old marathon running employee Buster keeps them in the news a lot but they really do offer a great service. Yes, they may be on the more expensive side of things but what you get is prompt service from polite employees who really know their stuff and who clean up after themselves. I plumped for them in an emergency and I didn't regret it and have used them since and recommended them to friends and my place of work.
I've used Pimlico three times now, to service my boiler, and to replace my electric shower unit. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for with their professional service. Want an 8am appointment? No problem. They don't give you the runaround with the "some time between 8am and 2pm" malarkey that you get from other firms, and when Pimlico's guys arrive, they don't start begging you for money for the parking meter / resident's permit.
When I had to get my electric shower unit replaced, their plumber saved me a packet by giving me the necessary part numbers, so that I could order the parts myself, saving money vs getting Pimlico to provide it for me.
