Having bought cars from various garages in Portsmouth over the 30 years I have been here, I can honestly say the service and customer care at Perrys Peugeot Portsmouth is the worst I have ever experienced.
I took the car in for a full service £149.99 on website, bill at the end £525!!! and they hadn't even done the main work that needed doing- the brake pads (90% worn) replaced a couple of filters and charged £75 per hour labour (nice job if you can get it!)
Ended up having to take the car to another garage to get it finished.
Paperwork all wrong, listed pollen filter required urgently, yet it had been done, listed it would need a full service in 3 months! and when I phoned to query all I got was a condascending fool saying 'oh dear we didn't do very well did we?'
Car was also ment to have been cleaned, it wasn't, poor service all round.
I was advised to send an email to the manager, which i did, 48 hours later not even the decency to reply.
I would avoid this garage at all costs.
Took my car in under a warranty claim, The guy in service was particularity rude and difficult. I waited 2 hours with no update. I would not recommend buying a new car here as the after service is terrible. The car is only 2 years old and has not aged well which suggests to me they are not built to last.
