    Have been frequenting Peking Chef for many years now - both eating in and making the most of their delivery service.

    The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is way better than your 'average' Chinese.

    I especially love the salt & pepper prawns or squid - amazing as i am NOT generally a squid lover.

    Their 'meals for one' are a great favourite of mine to get on my way home after a boozy night out - they put your choice of main in the same box as your rice/noodles for half of what you'd pay for them seperately. and they cram them so full that the box is bulging. Great value for money!

    I have also been in with a large group, and everyone loved the food, and we came out happily full, but not light of pocket!

    Oh no!

    We went back for more take-away...but it really wasn't good this time. What a shame.

    The food is above average, though the squid was slightly overcooked. Good atmosphere though service was a little staggered for our 8 person party.

    A favourite for delivery  love the crispy chilli beef, and I don't think Chinese restaurants are usually known for their chips, but their chips are regularly exceptionally good! Have eaten in the restaurant a few times too, and the only reason they don't have 5 stars is the ambience leaves a bit to be desired. Definitely recommend the Peking Chef  yum!
