Unlike the reviewer maria100luisa below, I have received good service from Pasha Clinic and I too bought a LivingSocial voucher for microdermabrasion sessions for use with Pasha Clinic. I communicated not by phone but via e-mail to arrange my appointments (as is stipulated on the LivingSocial voucher) and they respond within the same day of my e-mails. Apart from that, the microdermabrasion treatment itself has been producing the best results on my complexion that I have ever experienced from microdermabrasion (and I consider myself a veteran of microdermabrasion as I've been having microdermabrasion for at least 7 years on and off from a few centres in London for fine lines, old acne scars and enlarged pores) the polished effect on my complexion after each session also lasts for several days, unlike other microdermabrasion treatments I have had elsewhere. As usual, the skill of the therapist/beautician is all important. My complexion stays so even and radiant from Pasha Clinic's microdermabrasion for days afterwards. So far I've had 3 treatment sessions I am so pleased. The premises may not be impressive, but the result on my complexion from the microdermabrasion treatment here certainly surpass those I've experienced from other seemingly more plush clinics in London. I would thoroughly recommend Pasha Clinic for this treatment. Paul
I bought 6 sessions of Microdermabrasion through Groupon and though I didn't expect much after paying about £35 for all, but I didn't expect this either. The branch is the one at 97 Green Lanes.
The waiting room quite dirty and basic, looks more like someone's untidy and old living room. The treatment room is similar, with basic stuff around and a table on one side.
I've never had microdermabrasion before and I can't compare the experience with other places, but the treatment I got cannot be of high quality in any case. The first time is was better, at least my face was pretty clean afterwords but the second time it was a waste of time... I could've done better with my house hoover. A bit of a wet wipe action to start with and a bit of cream at the end and 5 minutes in between!
They never answer the phone, it's a headache if you need to change your appointment! The word 'professional' does not exist in their vocabulary.
Don't waste your money!!!
If you see an offer through Groupon, think twice, they never, I repeat NEVER answer the phone or respond to emails or voicemails. It might seem like a great deal but if you can't make an appointment having called for 5 weeks, it's really not worth it.
