I had a massage booked as a present from my boyfriend.
On arrival,I was asked to give them a proof of a purchase..despite of the fact I gave my name and the exact time the massage was booked for.
The receptionist made me go back home and bring the voucher (on the voucher was only my name).
Really stressful experience. Will never go back there again,even for free..
Shame I can't give them 0 star. I have tried since 14 May to get a refund for a voucher I bought from their own website. First they cancelled my appointment, gave me the wrong email to contact, then they closed down the venue (In the City) that was convenient for me. I want my money back! I have not had one reply on my emails and nobody is picking up the phone. In fact it sounds like it's invalid number..
Customers service at the reception desk puts you off from getting any treatment!
Shame as the spa looks nice.
