The last film I did see this cinema was Enduring Love (2004)
a psychological thriller directed by Roger Mitchell and starring Daniel Craig.
Enduring Love is based on book by Ian McEwan.
Quite like this little multiplex, especially as they now have an IMAX screen. The glasses provided are good. The downside is the staircase being huge and in the best seating area so not only are there no seats there, but late comers have to get in front of the sreen.
There always seems to be more than enough staff on and they are only 2 minutes from the tube stop. Groovy.
It's always hard to review a cinema as long as no part of the venue's design or function actively hinder your movie-watching experience, there's never really much to comment on. After all, a cinema's primary function is simply to convey a movie. That said, the Swiss Cottage Odeon definitely had a few features that improved my experience of watching Brave: an excellent selection of snacks, efficient if somewhat unenthusiastic staff, and clean facilities. These things, along with the very accesible location, make this one of my preferred theatres.
Excellent location, very central. The popcorn was the crunchiest popcorn I have ever tasted.
